The Central Valley Regional Water Board uses water quality
objectives provided in the Central Valley Basin Plan to establish groundwater cleanup goals
that are protective of human health and the environment. Future monitoring reports should
reference the appropriate water quality objectives provided in the Basin Plan in lieu of ESLs.
CP is planning groundwater oxygen injection pilot testing. CP needs to provide a schedule for
this work, including submittal of the design and construction plans, permitting, construction
activities, and pilot test implementation.
