The <br /> Monthly Reports are required by the City of Stockton Department of Municipal Utilities and <br /> documents the monitoring sampling and discharge to the sanitary sewer for each month of the <br /> GWETS operation. The Startup Report describes the design, installation, and startup of the <br /> GWETS that was installed in June and July 2003.
