Per correspondence from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board dated February
27, 2013, Cardno ATC has been arranging for the destruction of monitoring and remediation wells at
the Former Tosco Bulk Terminal on Navy Drive in Stockton. Several off-site wells are located on Port
of Stockton property. Access arrangements for this property are not complete. In light of this, well
destruction activities are scheduled to start September 23, 2013 and run for approximately two
weeks, after the September 1 deadline set by the Regional Board correspondence. Barring further
access arrangement issues, Cardno ATC is requesting an extension of the deadline on behalf of
Phillips 66 (the Responsible Party) to November 1, 2013 to complete all field work, dispose of soil and
well materials, and provide documentation to San Joaquin County and the Regional Board.
Jim Kundert
STAFF GEOLOGIST
CARDNO ATC
Cardho
ATC
Phone(+1)209.579.2221 Fax(+1)209.579.2225 Mobile(+1)209.996.2767
Address 1117 Lone Palm Avenue,Suite 201,Modesto,CA 95350
Email Web www.cardnoatc.com*'www.cardno.com
1111L A
i
This email and its attachments may contain confidential and/or privileged information for the sole use of the intended recipient(s).All electronically supplied data
must be checked against an applicable hardcopy version which shall be the only document which Cardno warrants accuracy. If you are not the intended recipient,
any use, distribution or copying of the information contained in this email and its attachments is strictly prohibited. If you have received this email in error, please
email the sender by replying to this message and immediately delete and destroy any copies of this email and any attachments. The views or opinions expressed
are the author's own and may not reflect the views or opinions of Cardno.
2
