Phillips also submitted parcel <br /> information for residents within 500 feet of the plume. <br /> Our comments are: <br /> 1. The Draft Fact Sheet does not include a figure showing the location of the Site and the <br /> remaining contaminant plume in relation to the neighboring properties. The fact sheet <br /> should include a figure on the backside that shows this map. By 30 November 2012, <br /> Phillips needs to revise the fact sheet and submit a revised draft. <br /> 2. The Draft Fact Sheet includes information stating that Central Valley Water Board staff <br /> reviewed the request for regulatory closure of this Underground Storage Tank (UST) <br /> case. This Site is not a UST case and this language should be revised. By <br /> 30 November 2012, Phillips needs to revise the fact sheet to indicate the Site is an <br /> aboveground storage tank cleanup case and not a UST case. <br /> In summary, by 30 November 2012 please submit a revised fact sheet that includes a map of <br /> the area and contaminant plume and remove references to a UST case.
