The STTC <br /> is composed of ARCO Products Company, Tesoro Petroleum Company, and Time Oil Company, <br /> which operate the bulk fuel terminals at the Port of Stockton. In February 2004, you notified Regional <br /> Board staff that Support Terminals Operating Partnership, LP (ST Services)was no longer part of <br /> STTC and would conduct groundwater monitoring separately from the STTC. Table 1 of the Letter <br /> includes a list of monitoring wells and frequencies for ST Services to monitor. <br /> In accordance with the Letter, Regional Board staff has prepared a draft monitoring and reporting <br /> program (MRP) for ST Services. By 19 April 2004, please provide comments on the attached draft <br /> MRP and a figure to include with the final MRP that shows locations of all monitoring wells.
