1 the location of each hazardous waste within the facility and the <br /> 2 quantity at each location; <br /> 3 1 ) Violations of §67165 in that defendants failed to submit <br /> 4 to the Department and the appropriate regional water quality <br /> 5 control board copies of an annual repor - which shall include <br /> 6 information as to the method of treatment, storage and disposal <br /> 7 for each hazardous waste; each year being a separate and distinct <br /> 8 violation; <br /> 9 m) Violations of §67167 in that defendants failed to <br /> 10 report to the Department releases of hazardous waste into the <br /> 11 disposal lagoon, as is required by §67145 ( j ) ; the exact number of <br /> 12 illegal releases is unknown to Plaintiff at the time of filing <br /> 13 but is known to be no less than 10; each release constitutes a <br /> 14 separate and distinct violation; <br /> 15 n ) Violations of §67169 in that defendants , as operators of <br /> 16 an onsite hazardous waste facility (as defined in §§66140, 66070, <br /> 17 and 66096 ) , failed to submit to the Department, each month, a <br /> 18 report indicating identity, source, chemical composition, weight <br /> 19 or volume, physical state, container size, hazardous �t )perties <br /> 20 and method used to dispose of each hazardous waste; each failure <br /> 21 to submit a monthly report is a separate and distinct violation; <br /> 22 0 ) Violation of §66471 in that defendants failed to deter- <br /> 23 mine if waste was hazardous according to the methods set forth in <br /> 24 §66471; <br /> 25 p ) Violation of §66472(a ) in that defendants failed to <br /> 26 apply for an Environmental Protection Agency identification num- <br /> 27 ber ; <br /> 28 <br /> 10. <br />
