With respect to the First Cause of Action for civil <br /> 14 penalties provided by Health and Safety Code Section 25189 , <br /> 15 based upon violations of the California Hazardous Waste Control <br /> 16 Act, to-wit: Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ( $25, 000 . 00 ) for each <br /> 17 separate violation; <br /> 18 (a ) The People pray for $27, 375, 000 for the violation of <br /> 19 §25189(c) . <br /> 20 4. With respect to the Second Cause of Action for civil <br /> 21 penalties as provided by Health and Safety Code §25189 , based <br /> 22 upon violations of the California Hazardous Waste Control Act and <br /> 23 the regulations promulgated pursuant to said act, to-wit: <br /> 24 Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ( $25, 000 . 00 ) for each separate <br /> 25 violation; <br /> 26 a ) For violations of §66508 $27, 375 , 000 <br /> 27 b ) For violation of 567100 : 25 , 000 <br /> 28 <br /> 17 . <br />
