I have attached a PDF of the report for your convenience. On this report for Design Wood Working
you requested the site be changed to inactive because they only generate a few tires about every year and a half.
Unfortunately because they do still generate tires I cannot change their status to inactive so with you permission I would
like to change their operational status to Active on your report. I will suggest that since they are such a small quantity
generator you do have the option to inspect them less often. They are only required to be inspected once every 3 years,
so unless your departmental policies are different that is an option. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or
concerns. Thanks for all your hard work.
Dustin Schiavo
Integrated Waste Management Specialist
(916) 341-6485
Dustin.Schiavo@CalRecycle.ca.gov
Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery
Waste Permitting, Compliance and Mitigation Division Waste Tire Compliance—North Unit
10011 Street, MS 10A-17
Sacramento, CA 95814
i
