The email and CERS submittal have been reviewed and the following outstanding issues were found: • Violation #5, Inventory not complete. - Carbon dioxide—the Federal Hazard Categories, size of the largest container, and the days on site, storage pressure, and storage temperature elements have not been completed. • Violation #6,The site map has not been submitted to CERS and the email copy of the site map does not show or address the following: 1. Storm and sewer drains. 2. Some of the information on the map is not legible. 3. Some of the codes and symbols used on the map are not included in the legend. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". • Violation #7, Emergency Response/Contingency Plan is not complete. - Section C. the phone number for the Local Unified Program Agency, 209-468-3420 has not been identified. i
