As noted on the Inspection Report there were several violations noted. <br /> Below is a picture of each violation and evidence of the correction (includes photos, <br /> documents, manifests, etc.). <br /> 20. Class II-Failure to properly label containers of Hazardous Waste: <br /> . "Two 5 gallon buckets:" <br /> o "one bucket (grey) without HW label." Immediate correction was performed <br /> on-site (Exhibit 1). Contents from Exhibit 1 were transferred to the designated black <br /> drums for Hazardous Waste (Exhibit 1a). Long term practice: Use the purchased black <br /> drums for Hazardous Waste. Conduct Refresher Environmental Training in January <br /> 2010 to include how to properly label containers. We have also developed a One Point <br /> Lesson to reinforce proper labeling of hazardous waste containers. A copy of this One <br /> Point Lesson is enclosed. <br /> Exhibit 1 <br /> 1 <br />
