I <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> r <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a soil remediation plan for <br /> contamination from underground storage tanks .(USTs) previously <br /> located at 1401 W. Fremont Street, Stockton has been reviewed by <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a:'proposal for the excavation of <br /> soil which was contaminated due to .unauthorized releases from the <br /> USTs which were located� on the property. <br /> i <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tenative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State <br /> and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of. the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan islavailable~ for public review 'at PHS/EHD, <br /> 445 N.
