ARCO Sites <br /> Page 3 <br /> RBCA will be prepared for the site which may include a recommendation for closure. <br /> 3212 N California St, Stockton ARCO Facility #2186 <br /> PHS-EHD contact - Steven Sasson <br /> The lease at this site expires in one year. The fate of the tank system at the site will depend <br /> on whether the lease will be renewed at that time. The PIER was submitted and reviewed. <br /> During the meeting additional groundwater monitoring was discussed as the appropriate scope <br /> of work for the upcoming quarter. In addition to the three monitoring wells, VW-3 will be used <br /> as an additional groundwater monitoring well. All groundwater samples will be analyzed for <br /> MTBE in addition to TPH-g and BTEX. The next quarterly monitoring was scheduled for May. <br /> Summary <br /> The meeting allowed for continued communication between all parties and for continued progress at <br /> the sites.
