PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING- <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 1800 E. Fremont, in the City of Stockton (APN 153-929-09) , has been <br /> reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> I Environmental Health Division. The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> which were located on the: property.. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local ..UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination: <br /> The corrective action plan is' available for public review at the } <br /> Environmental -Health Division, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, <br /> California, during normal working hours, 8: 00 a.m.. - 5: 00 p.m. If <br /> a request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not <br /> received by San Joaquin County Public Health Services., <br /> Environmental Health Division by June 17, 1991, the tentative <br /> decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division at the above. <br /> address.
