'G ACCESS AGREEMENT Soil Boring Advancements 1930 West Fremont Street, Stockton, CA - r (APN:133-360-33) ' As the property owner, I (Mr. John McDaniel) do Hereby grant perinission to Advanced. GeoEnvironmental Inc. (AGE) to_destroy three ground,water_monitoring wells at 193,0..West,., Fremont Street, Stockton, California(APN: 133-360-33). The scope of work may include over drilling each monitoring well to total'depth and removing all material within the original borehole(including the well casing,screen,filter pack,and annular seal). The borehole will then be filled completely with appropriate-sealing material. { The scope of work may also include perforating and pressure grouting each monitoring well.A hole at least one foot larger in diameter than-the originally drilled hole will be excavated around the } outside of the well casing,to a depth of 3 feet below surface grade. The well casing will be cut off approximately 6 inches above the bottom of the excavation and removed.Grout used-to fill the well shall be allowed to spill over into the excavation,and fill it for a thickness of 1 foot and form a"cap" { which has a diameter of at least one foot greater than the diameter bf the originally drilled hole. All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the activities at 1930 West Fremont Street shall be paid by the Marge Corner Estate, and will be conducted under permit in a timely manner . upon approval by the EHD. I will receive copies of all testing and reporting for the investigation performed at 1930 West Fremont Street, Stockton, California.
