CHRONOLOGY <br /> Boyett Petroleum <br /> 419 S. Main, Manteca <br /> 05/01/90 On this date the Environmental Health Department.(EHD) received a ' <br /> complaint regarding the possible illegal 'removal of an unregistered <br /> underground storage tank (UST). A site investigation revealed that the <br /> complaint-was valid. . The EHD issued a notice to the responsible <br /> party to submit a closure plan and permit fees for the UST. <br /> 06/26/90 The date of a letter from Falcon Energy certifying they took the UST to <br /> their property and cut it into scrap. . <br /> 06/27/90 The date the EHD received verification from the 'Learner Company <br /> that they had received the UST. <br /> 06/28/90_ The EHD received a closure plan for the removed tank on this date <br /> with permit fees but the plan was insufficient. Soil samples were <br /> never collected beneath the UST. <br /> 4 <br /> 07/08/07 A work .plan for assessment of the soil beneath the UST. was <br /> submitted to the EHD on this date. 4 <br /> 07/24/07 Soil boring (B-1) was advanced in. the former UST area to a total q <br /> depth of 20 feet below surface grade for collection of soil and !: <br /> groundwater samples on this date. <br /> 08/02/07 The date of".Limited Phase II Assessment Report" that discusses the <br /> work performed on 7/24/07. <br /> 09/11/07 An Unauthorized release form and a Notification of Hazardous Waste <br /> Discharge were filed on this date. <br /> 09/13/07 The site was.placed in the Local Oversight Program on this date. f <br /> 10/31/07 The date of"Additional Site Assessment Work Plan" proposing a cone I <br /> penetrometer test (CPT) point. and installation of three monitoring 5 <br /> wells. i. <br /> 01/31/08 CPT-1 was advanced on-site on this date. <br /> 02/04/08 Monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2, and MW-3 were installed on this date. t <br /> r <br /> 09/22/08 The date of "Additional Site Assessment Report" that discusses the <br /> work performed on 1/31/08 and 214/08. <br /> 03/05/09 The date of "Closure Summary Report" that recommends closure of <br /> the site. . <br /> F <br /> it <br /> J� <br /> { <br /> F <br />
