A site investigation revealed that the <br /> complaint-was valid. . The EHD issued a notice to the responsible <br /> party to submit a closure plan and permit fees for the UST. <br /> 06/26/90 The date of a letter from Falcon Energy certifying they took the UST to <br /> their property and cut it into scrap. . <br /> 06/27/90 The date the EHD received verification from the 'Learner Company <br /> that they had received the UST. <br /> 06/28/90_ The EHD received a closure plan for the removed tank on this date <br /> with permit fees but the plan was insufficient.
