Two cone penetrometer test borings that were advanced onsite in November <br /> 2001 failed to reach the depths proposed to compete vertical assessment at this site. <br /> SJC/EHD agrees to the request for a deadline extension . All fieldwork, listed in the <br /> previous paragraph , to compete this phase of the investigation must be completed prior <br /> to July 14, 2003 . A report of findings must be submitted to this office within 60 days <br /> following completion of the fieldwork. No further deadline extensions will be granted . <br /> Please proceed with scheduling the fieldwork and with submitting a San Joaquin County <br /> well permit application and required $89 .00 permit fee.
