Duncan : <br /> ATC Associates Inc. (ATC) has prepared this workplan, on behalf of Mr. and Mas. Ernest Foppiano, <br /> describing proposed subsurface investigation activities to be. conducted at the above referenecd site <br /> (Figures 1 and 2 ). "The purpose of the subsurface investigation is to ev:duate the horizontal and vertical <br /> extent of petroleum impacted groundwater. This workplan was prepared in response to your <br /> correspondence dated August 31, 2005 . <br /> The scope of* work includes: installing three monitoring wells (two on-site and one off-site); modifyirg <br /> the quarterly monitoring program to include monitoring welis installed in conjunction with <br /> groundwater investigafion activities associated with the former Apache. Plastics facility located south <br /> A the subject site at 1.050 Fremont Street; and preps! ing a report describing the investigation activities <br /> and making recommendations for additional site activities, if warranted.
