hl <br /> -� Stockton City Taxi Company <br /> 2085 East Fremont Street <br /> Stockton, California <br /> � , , . <br /> Receptor Survey <br /> - 1. 0 Project Identification <br /> On December 15 , 1998, Sunland Gasoline/Stockon City Taxi Company had two (2) <br /> underground storage tanks (UST' s) removed by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc . <br /> Petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile aromatics, and oxygenate contamination was <br /> encountered in the shallow subsurface located in the vicinity of the former UST ' s, <br /> product piping, and dispenser locations. The purpose of this survey is to identify all, if <br /> any, receptors within a two thousand (2,000) foot radius of the contaminated area of the <br /> subject site. The data given in this report will provide information leading to the <br /> potential impact of mobile contaminants into or toward these receptors. <br /> 2. 0 Site Description and History <br /> Stockton Taxi Cab / Sunland Gasoline is located in a commercial area in the city of <br /> _ Stockton, an incorporated area of San Joaquin County, California (Figures 1 and 2) . The <br /> subject parcel of land is located in the central portion of Section 1 , Township 1 North, <br /> Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian . The San Joaquin County Assessor' s <br /> Office identifies the property with a physical location of 2085 East Fremont Street, <br /> Stockton, California. <br /> On December 15 , 1998, two (2) 10,000-gallon gasoline UST' s and associated product <br /> piping were removed from this site. Upon removal of the UST 's, soil samples were <br /> collected to determine the presence or absence of petroleum hydrocarbons, Benzene, <br /> Toluene, Ethyl Benzene, Xylene (BTEX), fuel oxygenates including di-isopropyl ether <br /> (DIPE), ethyl tertiary butyl ether (ETBE), tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME), tertiary- <br /> butyl alcohol (TBA), and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), and lead. A total of fifteen <br /> ( 15) soil samples were collected from this site under the direction of the San Jauquin <br /> County Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD). <br /> On December 15 , 1998, a total of seven (7) soil samples were collected from beneath the <br /> former UST locations and from the stockpiled soil, by a representative of Alpha <br /> Analytical Laboratories, Inc. (AAL). Four (4) soil samples were collected beneath the <br /> north and south ends of UST No. 1 and UST No. 2 at depths of approximately 16 feet <br /> below surface grade.
