All other analytes reported in ug/L
This quarter MW-1 contained 144 mg/L of gasoline, a decease since last quarters
monitoring event in which MW-1 contained 165 mg/L of gasoline. However, the
concentrations of Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, and 1,2-DCA increased significantly since
' last quarters monitoring event in October, 2003. Slight decreases in Ethyl-Benzene and
EDB was observed in MW-1 this quarter. MW-2 showed a decease in the concentration
of MTBE from 14I ug/L to 109 ug/L and in 1,2-DCA from 350 ug/L last October to 259
' ug/L. All other chemicals showed an increase since last quarter's monitoring event. The
BTEX constituents exhibited significant increases since last quarter. The concentrations
of gasoline, BTEX and oxygenates in MW-3 has remained relatively constant since last
' October. Only slight increases were observed in MW-3 this quarter. The concentrations
of chemicals in MW-4 have decreased slightly since last quarter with the exception of
' 1,2-DCA. 1,2-DCA was not present in the water sample collected last quarter, however
28 ug/L was present in this quarter's sample. The concentrations of Benzene and MTBE
found in the water samples collected from this site are significantly above the State
' Allowable Limits. Appendix A contains the laboratory analytical data and Chain of
Custody report. ( SALs)
r
' The monitoring wells will be measured, purged and sampled again next quarter, and a
new gradient calculated.
' 2
