SITE DESCRIPTION (1910.120(c)(4)) <br /> Facility History: <br /> Two 10,000-gallon USTs were removed from the western portion of site in 1998. Petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons were detected in soil samples collected from the vicinity of the former location of the <br /> USTs. Four monitoring wells were installed in 2003 and eight monitoring wells were installed in <br /> 2004. Petroleum hydrocarbons have been detected in groundwater samples from the monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> • Type of Hazard Anticipated On Site (i.e. tanks, drums, etc.): <br /> Petroleum hydrocarbon vapors possible in area. Fire hazard, inhalation, ingestion and contact <br /> hazards. <br />
