PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> R <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located <br /> at 2150 E. Fremont, in the County of San Joaquin } <br /> (APN153 -130-08-03) has been reviewed by San Joaquin ;County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Div.isian(PHS/EHD) .. <br /> The plan:, is: a proposal for mitigation of hazardous .substances <br /> which contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases <br /> associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which were <br /> located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division; Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance. with local, State <br /> and Federal laws and ��regulations and that the resultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> PHS/EHD, 445 N.
