The <br /> tanks were in good condition and no evidence of leaking, due to <br /> the effects of corrosion on the tanks, was noted. The tanks were <br /> located and placed end to end, north to south, along a fence <br /> separating two businesses at the Fremont Street address. The <br /> `' 10,000 gallon tank, installed in 1950, being the oldest and southern <br /> most. The pump island was located directly over the tanks, approx= <br /> �- imately two-thirds on top of the 10,000 gallon tank and extending <br /> L. <br />
