Soil samples were collected beneath each UST, along the piping trench, <br /> and near the dispensers. Analytical results of the samples confirmed <br /> contamination near the dispensers. 480 cubic yards of soil removed from UST <br /> pit and hauled off site for disposal. <br /> 11/13/98 Date that an Unauthorized Release Report and a Notification of Hazardous <br /> Waste Discharge forms were filed. <br /> 11/18/98 Date the site was placed in the EHD Local Oversight Program. <br /> 11/18/99 Monitoring wells MW1 through MW3 (screened from 40 to 60 feet) were installed <br /> on this date. <br /> 02/28/00 Date of Report of Subsurface Site Assessment that discusses the work <br /> conducted in November 1999. No total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline <br /> (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes (BTEX), or methyl tertiary- <br /> butyl ether (MtBE) was detected in soil samples under the USTs. No analysis for <br /> 1,2-DCA at the time of UST removals. MW-2 and MW-3 groundwater samples <br /> collected on 12-15-99 contained TPHg at 610 and 360 ug/I respectively. <br /> 12/20/02 Cone Penetrometer Test/HydroPunch borings SB1 through SB-5 were installed <br /> on this date. Grab ground water samples were collected from 56 to 96 feet <br /> below grade. <br /> 02/14/02 Date of "Results of Additional Subsurface Investigation and Work Plan <br /> Addendum"report that discusses the work conducted in December 2002. <br /> 03/05/03 Soil samples collected from under the dispenser island this date. 2003 boring D2 <br /> location same area as boring D1 completed in 1998. <br /> 11/03/04 Date onsite monitoring wells MW-4 and MW-5, and offsite well MW-6 (screened <br /> from 45 to 65 feet) were installed and a sensitive receptor survey conducted. No <br /> water supply wells or active wells were identified within 2000 feet of site. <br /> 09/23/05 Date of Results of Additional Subsurface Investigation report that discusses the <br /> work done in November 2004. <br /> 05/31/06 & Dates onsite monitoring well MW-7 and offsite MW-8 (screened from 40 to 60 <br /> 06/01/06 feet) were installed. <br /> 10/05/06 Date of Results of Additional Subsurface Investigation and Site Conceptual <br /> Model report that discusses the work conducted in May/June 2006. <br />
