The State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB) will invoice you directly for <br /> activities performed under the auspices of the Local UST Oversight Program. The goal of the site <br /> evaluation performed by Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) is to certify <br /> closures of underground storage tank leakage sites pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Division 3, <br /> Chapter 16, Article 11 (Corrective Action Regulations). These regulations govern the investigation and <br /> mitigation activities at leaking underground storage tank sites. To obtain a copy, please contact the <br /> SWRCB at (916) 657-2390.
