(Cambria) prepared this work plan on behalf of <br /> Equiva Services LLC in response to the August 16, 1999 San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD) letter requesting additional soil and <br /> groundwater investigation at the above referenced site. SICPHS/EHD requests we install an <br /> upgradient monitoring well and laterally and vertically delineate the soil and groundwater <br /> plume. SJCPHS/EHD had some additional general questions and comments in their letter <br /> which are addressed below. Equiton <br /> (Equilon Enterprises LLC)is an entity which owns the assets of currently operating Shell and <br /> Texaco service stations. Equiva(Equiva Services LLC) is an internal service organization <br /> Oakland.
