Note on the one for the City right of way, SR#0038422, that the City has limited you to THREE borings and NOT the four you noted. "SB-23" is NOT included. Only SB-20, 21 , and SB-22 on Rincon are in the City encroachment permit. EHD will limit the SB installations under this permit to ONLY these three, unless the City modifies its permit. Call for an appointment and speak to ME...Please no messages. My fieldwork is busy. Recently Scott Lewis called with minimum notice and I could NOT fit him in.
