(Cambria) prepared this letter on behalf of Shell Oil <br /> Products US (Shell) to assess the status of Shell's request for access to your property located <br /> adjacent to the Shell-branded service station at 2494 East Fremont Street, Stockton, California. <br /> To date, we have not received a response to the November 12,2003 Request for Property Access. <br /> In order to comply with a directive from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJCEHD), Shell must perform additional subsurface investigation activities in the vicinity of the <br /> Shell-branded service station. Cambria would like to drill one exploratory soil boring on your <br /> property.
