Fremont St. in Stockton <br /> Good afternoon Cori, <br /> Jim Barton met with Nuel Henderson and me on November 20, 2013 and discussed closure consideration for <br /> Shell-branded Service Station at 2494 East Fremont Street in Stockton, California. Jim asked that I provide <br /> analytical data for any waste oil tank that may have been removed from this site, and the time it will take for <br /> groundwater to reach water quality objectives. <br /> I have asked Conestoga-Rovers&Associates to provide the time that it will take for groundwater to return to <br /> water quality objectives; once I receive this information, I will forward it to you. <br /> Two waste oil tanks were removed from this site. <br /> • One 550-gallon waste oil tank was removed on June 24, 1987 and a soil sample identified as Fremont 1 <br /> was analyzed for one PCB by method 8080, halogenated volatiles organics by method 8010, aromatic <br /> volatile organics by method 8020, and gasoline, diesel, and motor oil by method 8015. <br /> • One 550-gallon waste oil tank was removed on April 21, 2005 and a soil sample identified as TP-7-10 was <br /> analyzed for halogenated volatile organic compounds by method 8260B, gasoline, BTEX, and fuel <br /> oxygenates MTBE, ETBE, TAME, DIPE and TBA by method 82608, CAM 17 metals by methods <br /> 6010B and 7471A, diesel by method 8015M and PCBs by method 8082. The UST Removal Report is in <br /> GeoTracker dated July 12, 2005. <br /> 1 have appended the hardcopy laboratory analytical data for the soil samples collected during each waste oil tank <br /> removal for you to review. Please let me know if the analytical data associated with the two waste oil tank <br /> 9/23/2014 <br />
