I have sent the Regional Board what analytical data there are for the two waste oil tanks that were
removed from this site. The Regional Board may require additional sampling based on the analytical data that we
have for the two waste oil tanks. I will let you know if that is the case.
You indicated last week that you would provide the time required for groundwater at this site to return to water
quality objectives. You do not have to submit a report with this information. You can provide this information
by email.
Thank you Larry.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-9852
Email: vmccartnev0sicehd.com
i'.' ro
4'.
`I
F ,
•iiOPN`
From: Silva, Larry [mailto:lsilva@craworld.com]
Sent: Thursday, May 01, 2014 5:03 PM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: RE: 2494 Fremont Street in Stockton
Ms. McCartney,
The waste oil tank was removed from the site in April 2005. No petroleum hydrocarbons were detected
from the soil sample collected from beneath the waste oil tank at 9 fbg.
The report is located on Geotracker, but I also attached a copy.
I will have the time to reach WQOs to you next week.
Thank You,
Larry
From: Vicki McCartney [EH] [mailto:vmccartney@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Thursday, May 01, 2014 4:28 PM
To: Silva, Larry
Subject: 2494 Fremont Street in Stockton
5/8/2014
