Fremont, Stockton <br /> Sherry,Denis <br /> I have received a boring permit application for seven CPTs and three soil borings ON and OFFSITE for this site. <br /> Unfortunately,I cannot process it due to the following concerns. <br /> I-EHD permits are issued PER PARCEL.You have submitted one permit application that includes more than one parcel. <br /> The map in the May 2009 approved work plan has seven of the ten proposed borings being installed off of the Shell site <br /> property limits. They appear to be IN the City right of way as shown on Figure 2 or possibly on the private parcel across <br /> Fremont Street to the north.I can't be sure. As such,these offsite boring locations cannot be included on a permit for the <br /> ONSITE borings(SB-30,SB-31,and SB-32). <br /> 7/2/2010 <br />
