CAB R I A <br /> i <br /> SJCPHS/EHD Mailing Address <br /> SJCPHS/EHD advised Cambria that we were using the old mailing address for correspondence <br /> This has been corrected for all of the San Joaquin County sites that Cambria works on We <br /> apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we thank you for advising us of <br /> this error <br /> RWQCB Contact <br /> SJCPHS/EHD advised Cambria that the RWQCB contact for this site is no longer Pat <br /> Anderson The new contact is Mark List We have updated our records to this effect and <br /> appreciate notice of the change The most recent correspondence from SJCPHS/EHD, prior <br /> to the August 16, 1999 letter, was a letter dated April 7, 1998 which included Pat Anderson <br /> on the cc-list We did not know Pat Anderson had since been replaced by Mark List until we <br /> received your recent letter <br /> Quarterly Report Conclusions and Recommendations <br /> SJCPHS/EHD requested we alter our conclusions and recommendations sections in our <br /> quarterly groundwater monitoring reports to include professional interpretations and long <br /> range plans for the site investigation and/or remediation We will make the requested <br /> alterations in future groundwater monitoring reports <br /> Fuel Oxygenate Analysis for Well S-1 <br /> SJCPHS/EHD noted that well S-1 has never been analyzed for all seven fuel oxygenates <br /> SJCPHS/EHD August 16, 1999 letter requests we perform analysis for the seven fuel <br /> oxygenates in well S-3, but we believe SJCPHS/EHD intended this analysis to be performed in <br /> well S-1 This analysis will be performed during the next regularly scheduled quarterly <br /> monitoring and sampling event in well S-1 This analysis for fuel oxygenates is proposed as a <br /> one-time only analysis Should fuel oxygenates other than MTBE be detected in this well, <br /> the need for continued fuel oxygenate analysis will be evaluated <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> Site Description The subject property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection <br /> • of Fremont Street and Filbert Street in Stockton, California The site is an operating Shell- <br /> 241-0797 2 <br />
