LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar fields. The findings were based mainly upon <br /> examination of government agency lists, a site reconnaissance visit, responses to an ASTM <br /> E-1528-96 Transaction Screen Analysis Questionnaire, information from either Fire Insurance Maps <br /> or the local fire department and a personal interview with a person or persons associated with the <br /> subject property and optionally,the use of in-house maps, aerial photographs or other historical data. <br /> The hazardous waste site lists represented in this report represent only a search of specific <br /> government records as listed above, Advanced GeoEnviroumental, Inc. is aware that additional <br /> government records that may exist.It should be noted that government agencies often do not list all <br /> sites with environmental contamination or that the lists could be inaccurate and/or incomplete. <br /> Recommendations are based on the historic land use of the site, as well as features noted during the <br /> site reconnaissance. The absence of any potential gross contamination sources,historic or present, <br /> does not necessarily imply that the,site is flee of any contamination. This report only represents a <br /> "due diligence"effort as to the intogPity of the site,and is intended for the sole use of the client and <br /> 4 others engaging in a business association with the client regarding this site.
