For each hazardous waste stream provide <br /> documentation that demonstrates their Title 22 hazardous waste characteristics and the amounts of each waste <br /> stream generated monthly. Documentation may include sample analytical results, material composition information <br /> that list the ingredients and Safety Data Sheet information. Also provide this documentation for the hazardous <br /> waste solids that the treatment system generates and is disposed of as hazardous waste.
