For each hazardous waste stream provide <br /> documentation that demonstrates their Title 22 hazardous waste characteristics and the amounts of each waste <br /> stream generated monthly . Documentation may include sample analytical results , material composition information <br /> that list the ingredients and Safety Data Sheet information . Also provide this documentation for the hazardous <br /> waste solids that the treatment system generates and is disposed of as hazardous waste .
