It appears we need to review our Tiered permitting: unit PBR 1. As an example we no long process with Hexavalent chrome and this should have been removed Chris & I will review all of the info in CERS and make corrections where needed. In CERS, you are reporting 30,000 gallons of water being treated monthly by the Clean &Clear. Waste water discharges that are checked for pH and go to the sewer(without Clean & Clear treatment) are not part of the hazardous waste treatment permit (PBR).
