Alaniz and Backus: <br /> At the request of Mr. Craig Walters of Premier Finishing, Advanced GeoEnviron mental, <br /> Inc. (AGE) has prepared the following information regarding the use of an ASTM <br /> Transaction Screen Questionnaire during the performance of a Phase I Environmental <br /> Site Assessment (Phase 1). <br /> AGE performed a Phase I for the property in November 1999 for Mr. Craig Walters. The <br /> Phase I was performed in general conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM <br /> Standard Practice E1528-97 (now expired). In accordance with ASTM Standard Practice <br /> for Phase Is, an interview and/or questionnaire is administered to a current owner, <br /> property occupant, and/or persons with past knowledge of a property. The questionnaire <br /> is designed to obtain information which may or may not indicate Recognized <br /> Environmental Conditions (RECs) in connection with the property. All questions are <br /> answered to the best of the respondent's actual knowledge and must be answered in <br /> good faith.
