Pursuant to the requirements to complete the <br /> certification,below are statements relating to each of the minor violations noted on the UST Program <br /> Inspection Report (201 &204). <br /> 201—Monitoring records for the power down/up alarms will be kept for all alarms, and records will be <br /> maintained for at least 3 years. <br /> 204—NuStar's Designated Operator will ensure to check for and note any alarms on monthly reports. <br /> The monthly report will include documentation of any alanns which occurred during the prior month, and <br /> that the alarms were responded to appropriately. Copies of any alarm history along with information <br /> relating to responses/corrective actions taken will be incorporated into the monthly reports.
