(Ground Zero) is writing to submit a revised proposal to prepare a • workplan, prepare boring applications, complete a preliminary subsurface investigation, and complete a summary report for the subject property This revised proposal is submitted based on our discussion of the significant differences in the proposals you received. I tried to scale down our proposed scope of work to bring it more in lune with the proposals you received However, please keep in mind that we feel our original proposal is more realistic, based on our experience of what the County will require for an initial investigation It is likely that Ms Meays and the County will require more than 2 samples per boring to illustrate if soil is "cleaning up the deeper you go" or, of soil contamination is encountered and may Mui ee that groundwater be sampled.
