Fremont Street in the City of Stockton (APN 143-080-57-0) <br /> has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health _ <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site or procedures should be <br /> directed to Steven Schneider, Senior R.
