Fremont Street, Stockton) <br /> A Development Plan (DP) application was approved by the Planning Division on <br /> September 10, 1986 for the above referenced premise. The following conditions <br /> imposed by the Local Health District were made a part of the approval : <br /> 1. All development must connect to public water system and public sewer <br /> system. Existing septic system must be destroyed under permit and <br /> inspection of the San Joaquin Local Health Distiict. when public <br /> sewers are available. <br /> 2.
