I
CHRONOLOGY
CHEVRON 39-7780
3246 EAST FREMONT
STOCKTON CA
SITE CODE: 2019
The site is currently a vacant lot on the northwest corner of the intersection of Fremont and
Windsor Ave, in Stockton CA. 'The San Joaquin APN for the site is 143-410-01. Chevron
owned and operated the tanks from 1960 and until the tanks were removed on January 30, 1987.
A groundwater and soil investigation ensued during which groundwater levels fluxuated
approximately 40 feet. Subsequently, it was determined from groundwater results and SESOIL
modelling that residual soil contamiantion does not pose a threat to groundwater quality now or
in the future. San Joaquin County Public :Health Services, Environmental Health Division
(PHS/EHD) concurs with, the recommendation for site closure.
Attached is a copy of the soil and groundwater 'results which were collected'.during the
investigation.
