California 95815(916)911.1R(1if <br /> f REPORT <br /> SUBSURFACE INVESTIGATION <br /> f..Y <br /> CRZVRON SERVICE ;STATION NO. 7780 <br /> 3245 EAST FREMONT STREET <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> i <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> This report presents the results of the Groundwater <br /> Technology Inc • ` s (STI ) subsurface investigation at the farmer <br /> Chevron service station No . 7780 located at 3746 East Fremont <br /> Street, Stockton, California (See Figure 1 , Site Location Map) . <br /> The investigation was performed in accordance with a Work request <br /> dated February 11, 1967, from Darrell Hovander of Chevron USA. In <br /> brief, the investigation was to include the drilling of three soil <br /> borings , monitoring well installation if groundwater was <br /> encountered, soil and water sampling, and laboratory analysis. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The site is located in Central San Joaquin County within a <br /> rural residential district of Stockton, California. The site is <br /> situated at approximately 25 feet above sea .level in the north end <br /> of the San Joaquin Valley.
