U <br /> (liability) insurance policy, covering the activities of AGE on the ALVAREZ <br /> PROPERTY, including the cost of any anticipated remediation, with a combined single <br /> limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 per accident or occurrence, issued by a company <br /> approved by Alvarez, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Before AGE <br /> enters the ALVAREZ PROPERTY, AGE shall provide an appropriate Certificate of <br /> Insurance to Alvarez, which shall name Alvarez as an additional insured and shall <br /> provide that such insurance shall not be canceled or Alvarez eliminated as an additional <br /> insured except after thirty (30) days written notice to Alvarez. AGE agrees that its <br /> insurance shall be primary as to any other liability'insurance maintained by Baker. <br /> Upon completion of the assessment, the area investigated on the ALVAREZ PROPERTY <br /> will be returned to its original conditions prior to fieldwork activities. <br /> Upon request, the owners of the ALVAREZ PROPERTY will be provided with paper or <br /> electronic copies of all testing and reporting documents for all investigation-performed on <br /> the ALVAREZ PROPERTY. Furthermore, owners of the ALVAREZ PROPERTY will be <br /> provided with a copy of the 'No Further Action'.' letter from the appropriate regulatory <br /> agencies upon completion of the investigation and remediation. <br /> This agreement for Right-of-Entry is made this _day of January, 2008, by and between <br /> GREWAL'S MARKET (4100 East Fremont Street, Stockton, California) and the <br /> ALVAREZ PROPERTY (716 North Oro Avenue, Stockton California). <br /> The undersigned represent and warrant they are duly authorized to execute the agreement <br /> and to b'ndhe partied. i? <br /> r , <br /> c <br /> Mr. Rick Grewal esus/Maricella M.
