This
work plan was submitted following a meeting held at EHD on June 27, 2007, that
included Mr. Rick Grewal, AGE, and EHD where all parties in attendance concurred that
six soil vapor probe borings proposed in Soil-Gas Vapor Investigation Work Plan dated
February 28, 2007, be replaced by two appropriately located soil vapor borings.
EHD approves the advancement of two soil vapor borings proposed in the work plan and
shown on Figure 2. Each soil boring will be advanced to approximately five feet below
surface grade and soil gas samples will be collected in Tedlar bags from each boring at
total depth. Soil gas samples will be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbon quantified
as gasoline (TPH-g); benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes, (BTEX); methyl
tertiary-butyl ether(MTBE), and 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA).
Please submit a well permit application and permit/inspection fee of$374.00 to EHD by
August 31, 2007, and notify EHD at least one week prior to the scheduled work date.
