(AGE) <br /> has prepared this reportfor the destruction of four (4) ground water monitoring wells at <br /> 4100 East Fremont Street, Stockton, California (site). The location of the site is illustrated <br /> in Figure 1. Locations of structures, borings and monitoring wells related to the site are <br /> illustrated in Figure 2. Site background information is provided in Appendix A. <br /> BACKGROUND/INTRODUCTION <br /> Between February 2000 and January 2002,four single completed, two-inch diameter <br /> ground water monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-4) had been installed at the site, to <br /> depths of 70 feet below surface grace (bsg). Well construction details are summarized in <br /> Table 1, boring logs are included in Appendix,g. <br /> As directed by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)by letter <br /> dated 16 March 2011 (Appendix'), monitoring ells MW-1 through MW-4 were destroyed <br /> under EHD permit SR##0062380 (Appendix 2 in order to fulfill requirements for site <br /> closure.
