CHRONOLOGY <br /> Grewal's Market <br /> 4100 East Fremont Street <br /> Stockton, California 95215 <br /> 05/12/97 Date that soil borings P-1 and P-2 were advanced to 15 feet below surface grade <br /> (bsg); P-3 and P-5 were advanced to 25 feet bsg; and P-4 was advanced to 35 <br /> feet bsg at this site to assess the lateral and vertical extent of impacted soil. <br /> 06/06/97 Date of Preliminary Site Assessment Report prepared by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. that reported the results from advancing soil borings P-1 <br /> through P-5. <br /> 07/27/98 Date that one 10,000-gallon diesel and two 6,000-gallon gasoline underground <br /> storage tanks (USTs)were removed from the site under permit issued by the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> 07/27/98 Date that the EHD filed Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge No. 98-120. <br /> 07/28/98 Date that the EHD-filed Unauthorized Release Form (URF) No. 98-U34 after it <br /> was determined that a site assessment was needed to determine the nature and <br /> extent of the petroleum hydrocarbon contamination following the removal of the <br /> USTs. <br /> 08124-25198 Dates of letters from the EHD informing the responsible party of his/her <br /> responsibility to perform corrective action, and the placement of his/her site into <br /> the Local Oversight Program (LOP). <br /> 08/07/98 Date of Site Investigation Work Plan submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, <br /> Incorporated, proposing the advancement of four on-site soil borings to further <br /> define the extent of soil contamination. <br /> 06/21/99 Date soil borings P-6 and P-7 were advanced to 40 feet bsg; P-8 was advanced <br /> to 55 feet bsg; and P-9 was advanced to 30 feet bsg at this site. <br /> 09/27/99 Date of Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report submitted by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Incorporated, that reported the findings from the <br /> advancement of soil borings P-6 through P-9. <br /> 11/18/99 Date of Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan - November 1999 submitted by <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Incorporated, that proposed the installation of 3 <br /> monitoring wells and performance of a sensitive receptor survey within a 2000- <br /> foot radius of the site. <br /> 02/1-2100 Dates when monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-3 were installed on-site. All <br /> three wells were screened between 50 and 70 feet bsg. <br />
