This office has not received the requested site closure summary containing the <br /> following: <br /> • An interpretation of the presence of total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline <br /> (TPH-g) in groundwater collected from P-1513; <br /> • An evaluation of soil concentrations that exceed the Environmental Screening Levels <br /> (ESLs) (San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board) for gross <br /> contamination and direct exposure; <br /> • Previous and current estimates of the residual TPH-g and total petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> quantified as diesel (TPH-d) masses in soil and groundwater; <br /> • A site map indicating the correct locations for P-15 and P-16, and omitting P-17; and <br /> • Nearby sensitive receptors, including schools, etc. <br /> In order to discuss your failure to comply with the directive, a meeting has been scheduled for <br /> 30 September 2010 at 10:00 a.m., 600 East Main Street, Stockton, California.
