Stericycle Environmental Solutions <br /> HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE PROGRAM <br /> 5 SITE SUPERVISOR <br /> Stericycle Site Supervisor: <br /> NAME: Shawn Perry/John Mills <br /> ADDRESS: 11855 White Rock Road <br /> Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 <br /> OFFICE PHONE: (916)351-0980 <br /> CELL NUMBER: (916)496-5039/(707)590-0148 <br /> 6 TERM OF WASTE STORAGE <br /> All wastes will be processed when received and removed from the collection site by 20:00 hrs on the day of the <br /> event(Saturday). <br /> During the event, if any unacceptable waste streams are inadvertently collected,they will be placed in a secure <br /> area clearly marked and packaged. The appropriate emergency agencies such as fire, police,or other outside <br /> agency will be immediately notified to remove these unacceptable items. <br /> 7 INCLEMENT WEATHER PROCEDURES <br /> In the event of inclement weather,the following procedures will be implemented: <br /> a) Hot Zone areas will be tented to provide protection from extreme heat/rain. <br /> The areas to be tented will include: <br /> 1) Segregating area <br /> 2) Lab Pack/Inventory area <br /> 3) Bulking Area <br /> b) For rain,all workers will wear disposable rain gear under PPE. <br /> c) For rain,additional absorbent material will be available for use in Hot Zone to prevent slippage. <br /> d) Operational Changes <br /> Decisions regarding operational changes for the events are made jointly between the designated on- <br /> site supervisors from both the County and Stericycle. <br /> e) Closing the Event <br /> Should inclement weather pose a health and safety risk to the event workers,or the surrounding <br /> community,the decision to close the event will be made from the on-site supervisors from both the <br /> County and Stericycle. <br /> 2 <br />
