1 <br /> Existing Nestle Warehouse <br /> 4343 East Freemont Street <br /> ' Stockton, California <br /> Project Nos. 2E-940917 and 2G-941101 <br /> Page 6 <br /> For soil samples taken from areas outside the rail spur areas, the additional laboratory testing <br /> ' will consist of TPH gasoline or TPH diesel by EPA Method 8015M as well as testing from <br /> benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes (BTEX) by EPA Method 8020. Selected <br /> samples of the soils taken from the fill area at the north end of the site and from the rail spur <br /> ' areas may also be analyzed for Title 22 metals. <br /> 3.4 Report <br /> ' The results of the Geotechnical Engineering Exploration and Analysis and the Limited <br /> Phase 77 Environmental Site Assessment will be presented in two (2) separate reports containing <br /> the results of the field exploration, laboratory testing and engineering analysis. These reports <br /> will present conclusions regarding the subsurface conditions which were identified relative to the <br /> ' proposed development. <br /> 3.5 Schedule <br /> ' Field exploration for the Geotechnical Engineering Exploration and Analysis and the <br /> Limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessment can begin within 2 days of approval of this <br /> ' workplan. Laboratory testing will begin immediately following completion of the field <br /> exploration and will be performed on an expedited schedule. Preliminary results will be <br /> available within 2 days of the completion of the laboratory testing. Final reports will be issued <br /> ' 2 weeks thereafter. <br /> 1 <br />
