Fremont St. IN REPLY REFER TO SITE CODE: 1571 <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has recently <br /> reviewed the analytical results of the soil and/or water results taken from beneath the underground storage <br /> tank(s) that were removed from this site on November 19, 1993. t' <br /> The presence of contaminates at your facility exceed the allowable.limits of leaching potential as <br /> ' recommended by the LUFT Manual t. The former underground storage tank(s) (UST), cannot be <br /> recommended for final closure without further investigation to determine the full extent of the soil and/or <br /> ' groundwater problem. <br /> In addition, PHS/EHD is providing you notification that an "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized <br /> Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" has been filed pursuant to Section 25295 (a) of the Health and <br /> Safety Code. In addition, the appropriate disclosure of a hazardous waste discharge pursuant.to Section <br /> 25180.7 of the Health and Safety Code has been made. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your facility, San Joaquin County <br /> PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local <br /> agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST's.
